Rod and Cat are very involved in the local community from Brooksville to Spring Hill to Weeki Wachee, and they are always looking for ways to give back and pay it forward. Since opening, Ken’s Artisan Pizza has received local and national acclaim from Food & Wine, Sunset Magazine, The Oregonian, The Daily Meal, Thrillist, and others. Our pizzas are available in the classic 12-inch size. Long fermented dough, hand-stretched mozzarella, Italian tomatoes, and excellent toppings, baked with a blistered crust. “Our taproom features lots of local craft beers from the Tampa Bay Area and around the state of Florida”, says Rod, who proudly selected local beers to offer as part of their local taproom selections.
